Confirmed and Unconfirmed Appointments
If your appointment is confirmed at any time with one of our staff members, the below cancellation rules apply.
If your appointment is not confirmed prior to the booking time, you will be refunded fully.

Cancellation – if notice given 2-hour in advance 
This policy only applies to confirmed appointments.
We require 2-hour notice of cancellation to avoid any charges and fees. You will be refunded fully.

How to contact:
To provide cancellation or rescheduling notice, you must contact us by: 1) replying to the appointment confirmation email directly, 2) call your local provider, or 3) contact us via contact form.

Cancellation – if notice given less than 2-hour or missed appointments 
Applies to only confirmed appointments.
If missed appointments or cancellation notifications less than 2 hours prior to appointment time, only 50% will be refunded from your charge.
